Girl´s Day at the ICG

The recent Girl's Day event at the Institute for Cardiogenetics was an inspiring and empowering experience for young girls interested in genetics and research.
By  offering hands-on activities, the event encouraged 6 girls to pursue their passion for science and hopefully consider careers in these fields in the future.
It is through such initiatives that we can foster gender diversity, break barriers, and unlock the full potential of talented individuals, irrespective of gender.
I want to extend my thanks to the ICG members who have spent time with the girls. Your involvement is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your efforts.

Hopefully we will see some of the girls in a few years for an internship. Everyone is very welcome!
