Guests in our status seminar

Today we had Ines and her supervisor Prof. Peter Claus as guests in our status seminar. Ines very successfully completed her bachelor's degree at our institute in 2017. She is now doing research on SMA, a rare neuromuscular disease. Since we at the ICG also do research on neuromuscular diseases, we were very excited to hear her presentation.
It was interesting to see the systemic view of SMA, which is also becoming increasingly important in other monogenic diseases.
The presentation was excellent and the subsequent discussion very lively.
We will certainly meet again!
