About 10 hours genetics in cardiovascular
disease, 20 fantastic talks about ongoing projects in our Institute for
Cardiogenetics, covering animal models, cell culture experiments and
bioinformatics – in a nutshell, this was our 5th ICG retreat and actually the
1st retreat which took place at the world wide web.
It is always impressive to see the
high-quality of presentations. Especially our bachelor’s and master’s student
did a great job! We have clearly paved the way for many publications this year!
Despite the difficult situation #corona, our team can make the best of it.
Moreover, I have the feeling that the cooperation within our team is steadily
increasing. In my opinion, the “fun session” during our retreats always foster
the team spirit. This year we had a funny online quiz of personal pictures. We
all are looking forward to our next retreat next year – this time hopefully in
personal!
