Yesterday we welcomed Valerie Allamand at our institute. Valerie is one of the very few experts in the Collagen-VI research field and we were extremely lucky and honored that she accepted our invitation to give a talk and to discuss thouroughly potential joint projects. These discussions about the projects of Svenja, Viviana, and Franzi were very helpful particularly because we are so new in the neuromuscular field and Valerie is one of its specialists.
We had two very inspiring days and we will start making plans to visit her in Lund in Spring 2020 very soon.
