You do everything for the first time.
I was invited to give a talk on "polygenic risk scores" and prevention at the "Trendtage Gesundheit" in Lucerne, Swiss. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Lucerne at short notice, but I was given the opportunity to held my presentation by video/skype.
This was a very exciting experience. First, of course, the technical requirements and then the actual talk.
Here, another perspective:
What was missing was the resonance of the audience, otherwise everything worked out wonderfully - except for a slight overrun of my speaking time. That annoys me personally very much.
