In the first edition of MIT technology in 2019 there is a short article about RNA-therapies for rare diseases (https://www.heise.de/select/tr/2019/1) from Edda Grabar.
As outlined in the article, together with Svenja, Zouhair, Prof. Sczakiel, and Rosel Kretschmer-Kazemi Far we are working on an RNA-therapy for Collagen-6 myopathy (Bethlem/Ullrich).
However, RNA-therapy is not only possible for rare diseases but also for common diseases. We hope to present promising data within the next months. Stay tuned. 😉
