Yesterday we learned that our proposal within the Cluster of Excellence initiative "Precision Medicine in Chronic Inflammation" was sucessful.
It was very exciting to wait for the results presented live from the DFG.
In the coming 7 years, the DFG will provide funding of around 70 million Euros for the project. We
will use molecular information such as genetic information, proteins or
metabolic products to understand and be able to treat diseases more
precisely.
