Nordic Center for Cardiovascular Research (NCCR) Lecture Kiel

Yesterday, a small group from the IIEG (Caro, Anita, Felix & Matthias) attended the NCCR lecture in Kiel. A very interesting presentation came from the Belgium researcher Bernard Thienpont who reported a about the methylation of H3K9 by EHMTS which is a protective epigenetic modification against pathological cardiac hypertrophy.

After the talks we had the pleasure to enjoy a delicious dinner at the Café-Restaurant "Schöne Aussichten" which is directly located at the Baltic Sea.
