Although we are working in the integrative (bioinformatics) part of our institute, most of us have a biological background. So, needless to say, that in addition to all the computers we also have some plants in our office, which we take good care of.
However, after our Pachira aquatica (Rasierpinselbaum or Glückskastanie in german) grew a bit too big, we had to cut it down.
To see how it is recovering, we shot a time lapse video that we want to share with you. As we also added some music, we suggest to crank up the volume ;)
Our blog only alows small video,so check it directly on youtube.
HINT: It's also worth not only to focus on the growing branch alone.
