On Tuesday the steering committee of the excellence cluster "Inflammation at Interfaces" decided about funding mini proposals for young scientists. A total of 44 proposals have been submitted, funding is available for approximately 10-12 projects.
After some lively discussions and based on reviewer comments the final decisions have been made. Luckily, Krishan is one of the awardees. Congratulations!
Meanwhile he and Ingrid had some fun playing squash. And after I texted him about the success both grabbed a beer celebrating the success.
