It´s not easy to convince people to come to the Institute at a Saturday morning to join our statusseminar. It is even harder to keep everyone happy when a technical problem occurs that makes a planned video conference almost impossible.
However, the group was flexible enough to move into my office and to improvise the video conference with an iMAC and a phone.
2,5 hours later we finished one of the most interesting statusseminars ever. Looking forward to the next meeting in december.

Benedikt is trying to get the video conferencing going, the rest of the group is impatiently waiting, and the guy from the IT department is not answering his phone.... "Happy" moments at the IIEG this morning.
